Question

My name is Sherry Trombello and I purchased this software in 1996 and I received the software on a disc. My computer had to be rebooted and I had to reinstall manually.

I am trying to reinstall this software using the disc I received and the username & password I had. I am not able to reinstall this software because the developer wants me to buy this again. Why is that? Shouldn't I be able to reinstall from the disc I received? When a person buys a software program, that program should be able to reinstall for as long as you own the program. Please email me as to why I cannot reinstall from the disc I bought.

I suppose it is all on the developer's terms. You can have the disc but in many cases (yours, for example) the serial key expires and it no longer works. So you will need to buy the application again. When you encounter these issues, it's best to deal with the developer's support team.
