Acer Crystal Eye webcam color problems.

I have a problem with my Acer Crystal Eye webcam from my Acer Aspire 57735Z laptop. I'm using the webcam on MSN or Skye, but when I'm invited by someone to show the webcam, it works OK at the beginning, but after a while its colors are changing. This happens sometimes on Acer Crystal Eye webcam itself. I can't change the color and the zoom. Also, I can't find the video control. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update your webcam and video card drivers to the latest versions. Navigate to Acer Drivers and Manuals web page, identify your laptop model, select your operating system and download and install the files. Also, make you sure you have the latest version of Skype installed on your computer. If the problem persists, you will need to contact the Acer Support team.
