I'm not able to log in.

When I try to log in to my Video Server E it shows "Too many users". Can you help?

In settings goto: General/Account From there set the amount of users. You may also add users from the add button.

In order to fix the issue, launch the program and press the enter image description here icon. After that, select an account that you no longer use and press Delete:

If you still have problems, try uninstalling the program and then installing it again.
