I can't update it to Pro version.

I tried everything to get it to load the right code, email address and so on. It tells me that the code is wrong. What should I do?

If the software tells you that the code is wrong, I recommend you contact IObit, the official developers of Advanced SystemCare and ask for a new activation code. You can get in touch with them using the provided Support page.
