Question

Have you ever tried getting ANY help from Lexmark ?,I guess you haven't.I bought a Lexmark printer x5495 and had NOTHING but problems with it.I wrote them SEVERAL TIMES NO REPLY from them what so ever.I'LL NEVER buy another product of Lexmark again.
The problem is when I try to send a scan fron the printer to my files I can't .when I try and email a photo to someone by email I can't.They just don't seem to want to bother with you.

I have owned this printer for about ten months and have had nothing but problems with it. The trouble started when I bought
a new computer as ineeded the storage capacity. The results with the printer were abysmal from the off also the computer started to behave like it was possessed.the outcom was that now after 12 months,another printer,a new hardrive 2 gig of memory and a motherboardI had my momey back.AnotherP.C bought .and an old lexmark printer that works plus a drawer
full of corespondence between lexmark PC maker other interested parties and myself.plus a damaged disc I would say yes
I have been getting a lot of help from lexmark.
