i am a user of webresearch 3. Macropool used to have good support but no more since this version!! anyone knows what is going on? Is macropool operative??
I asked them a pre-sales question about 2 months ago and it took about a month or so before I received a response, but I DID finally receive a response. Is it possible your inquiry might have been caught in their spam folder?
