Windows doesn't recognize the disc. Can you help?

I installed the software but Windows doesn't recognize the disc. It keeps saying: "Please insert a disk in the drive". Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you to check the troubleshooting guide provided by Microsoft. If this doesn't work, go to Start, type regedit and open the tool. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Class > {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}. Select the UpperFilters and LowerFilters entries from the right Window, go to Edit tab and click Delete. Confirm the process and restart your computer.
