I can't upgrade it.

I just bought a new Dell computer running Windows Vista 64bit. I installed the software from the CD and upgraded the file from the Canon site. When I try to install the upgrade, I keep getting "Failed to expand the files". I had no problems when trying to upgrade in Vista 32bit. What can I do?

I had the same issue. I paused the AntiVirus on my machine and the installation went fine.

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you uninstall the program using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and after that download and install the full version of the application from the official web page. Click the Drivers & Software tab, select your operating system if it is not automatically detected and expand the Software list. Select ZoomBrowser EX 6.6.0b Application, check the provided box and download and install the software.
