In order to transfer music to your GoGear player, you can use Windows Media Player. Connect the device with your computer using the USB cable and launch the application. If you have an older version of Windows Media Player, go to File menu > Copy > Copy to Portable Device. Select the items you want to copy and choose the Philips device from Items on Device window. Click the Copy button and follow the provided steps.
If you're using Windows Media Player 10.0 or above, connect the device, open the application and click the Sync tab. Select the music files you want to transfer, the Philips device and press the Start Sync icon. Once the transfer is completed, close the Windows Media Player and click the removal icon from System Tray.
