You receive this message, because some of the Performance Center files are missing or corrupted. In order to solve it, you need to reinstall the software. If you no longer have the installer, you need to contact the software developer and to request a new installation package. Alternatively, you can uninstall the application using Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) or Revo Uninstaller and download and install other PC optimizer from Software Informer database.
