Migrading the old Data Source to a Crystal 11.0 report using an internal command

We are trying to migrate ACCPAC 5.3 platform to ACCPAC 5.5. The current environment uses Crystal Reports with external queries. These are no longer supported in Crystal 11.0. How can we migrate them using a command embedded in a Crystal 11 report? The external query file is no longer supported using Crystal 11.0. We are looking for the ability to copy the SQL statements from these external queries and place them in an ODBC(RDO) command within Crystal Reports 11.0. Can you help?
