How to Map old "SH" Sales Analysis tables/fields to new "UX" Sales Analysis tables/fields?

I'm migrating a Client from ACCPAC 5.3 to 5.5 and would like to find relevant mapping from old "SH" Sales Analysis tables/fields to new "UX" Sales Analysis tables/fields. In particular for old Table Name "SHDOCD" fields "DOCUMENTKE", "DOCDATE" & "SPERSON1" please.
