If you didn't download the bluetooth device you have to download ( HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology Software) , but before that you've to go ( support ) then choose your device name ( Pavillion or sth else ) .
hope this may help you . ^_^

Hi Robert. Your problem is not new, it happens to everyone if the device drivers for your system got corrupt which is installed by your operating system. Many times it happens if the rundll32 file which is responsible for running your bluetooth device got corrupt or not got installed correctly. You haven't described your problem properly but I hope this solution will help you. Right click on my computer icon and click on properties on left side of properties window. On left side of properties window you will find a task pane the very first option is "device manager" click on it and switch on your bluetooth device. Now you will see that bluetooth option will appear in "device manager". Navigate through it and uninstall all current blue tooth device drivers your computer will ask for restart, restart your computer and see whether your problem is solved or not. If not repeat process.
Note that computer should ask for restart else repeat process and manually restart. Then try installing drivers if it shows error again while installing bluetooth module then download revo uninstaller and uninstall HP integrated module and at last it will ask if you want to remove backup files and registry files select all and delete. Restart your computer keeping your blutooth device switched off. After restarting run setup for bluetooth and switch on device before it notifies "no bluetooth devices connected" and your problem will be solved. Even this not solves your problem then its time to get real technical help, but before having it try re-installing your Operating System again and be sure it does not shutdown while installation.
Now your 2nd problem is to connect your phone with pc. Switch on both devices keep their discovery on on both sides and then right click on bluetooth icon and follow instructions in "add a new bluetooth device". Your computer will automatically detect the Modem of your mobile phone and will also offer you remote control access to your pc by your phone. If you want to connect to internet using your bluetooth device go to "connect to internet option" in "network and sharing center" and select "create a new dial up connection" select modem of your Phone then put dial-up number your service provider has given you and press connect. Please reply about your problem is solved or not.
