I have cleaned the nozzles and checked the alignment and everything looks great. When making a copy from the Internet, the printout in black is doubled together and the color part is very faded and partially there. What should I do?
In order to fix the problems, I recommend you download and install the latest drivers and software available. You can get them from Lexmark Download Center. Also, check the official user guide to see if the printer is configured correctly and make sure that you have enough ink the color cartridges. If the issue persists, you will need to visit a local service center or to contact directly the support team.
