In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list, click Uninstall and follow the on-screen instructions. After that, run the driver remover program provided by Medisana and reboot the PC. Next, navigate to the official Downloads page, select For Blood Pressure Monitor MTM/HGD, enter your device serial number and F-code, select your language and click Download Software. After that, save the file to your computer and install it following the provided instructions. The driver and software are fully compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 on both 32 and 64-bit architecture. After the installation process is complete, connect your Blood Pressure device using the USB cable.
