In order to fix the issue, I suggest you download and install the PC Suite specially designed for your KU990R device. You will find it in the PC Sync section. If it doesn't work, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device and click Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If you still have issues, go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select Microsoft Outlook and click the Change button next to Uninstall. After that, press Repair, Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
