Restoring Outlook Calendar from Genie Backup Manager.

I accidentally erased my MS Outlook calendar data. I tried to restore it from my Genie Backup Manager on a flash drive. It said that it restored it, but I still can't access my Outlook data. I noticed that during the restore, the light on my flash drive wasn't coming on. I emailed Genie-soft a day and a half ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. What can I do?

If you have a backup, I recommend you restore it directly on your computer instead of the flash-drive. Launch the application, press the Alt + R key combination to open the Restore Wizard, press Browse to select the .gbp file, select a directory on your computer and press Restore. By default, the .gbp file should be located in (C:) > Users > Your computer name > Documents > My Backups directory. If you still have problems, I recommend you contact the developers using the form from the official web page instead of their email address.
