Each time I press REC, I receive the message "MEMORY FULL"

All the folders are empty and there doesn't seem to be any place I can clear the memory. Can you help me? The unit is less than 3 weeks old. I can't use it either for recording from a micke or telephone.

Start the application and go to Settings, then make sure to select the default path somewhere you have access or space. Alternatively, right click the application's launcher and select Run as Administrator and then choose another path. Most likely, the problem was caused by the lack of security permissions for the application. Running it as Administrator should fix this issue.
