Installed latest version of iPlayer but Firefox stops working.

I installed latest version iPlayer. When I want to use it, my Firefox stops working.

There is no compatibility issue between BBC iPlayer and Firefox. I have Mozilla Firefox 32.0 and the plug-in is working just fine. There are no compatibility problems between the browser and the add-on. Go to Firefox > Help > About Firefox and let it install latest version and the BBC iPlayer should work correctly.
