Internet Sharing Between Vista and XP

Hi ,

I have a ZTE MF622 HSDPA USB Modem. I'm using 3G internet connection.

I want to share my internet connection with my other computer in the house.

The computer which has the internet connection with the ZTE modem has Windows Vista OS. And the other computer that I want to share my internet connection has Windows XP OS.

Also I have a Cross Network cable.

How can I share my internet connection between my computers?
