I installed Pro Evolution Soccer 2008, but I can't run it. It tells me that d3dx9_30.dll was not found and I should reinstall the game. I reinstalled the game, but the error still occurs. Can you help?

In general, this error occurs because the DirectX is not running or it's missing. I suggest you download and install the DirectX package from the official web page.
