You might need to re-install the application because the database is corrupted and that's why you encounter that error message. The problem is that the official website is in maintenance for some time and the downloading is not possible at the moment.
Try to go to Control Panel and access Add or Remove programs. Click Remove but instead of uninstalling, use Repair if you have the possibility.
