HO Director program not working.

I have a C4200 All-in One Printer, scanner, and copier. I no longer have access to the HP Director program. What can I do to re-establish this? I have had a friend trying to download a version online and install it to availability. Can you help?

I recommend removing everything you have on your computer related to the C4200 All-in-One device. From software to drivers and all the additional programs. After this process, use CCLeaner to remove all the remaining registry items and then access the support page to download the full driver and package. Download and install the package, and the software will work again.

However, there is a small possibility the application you have mentioned about to be found on the Support CD in which case, installation through web isn't possible.
