Celcom Desktop CPPRS Setup registration error.

I receive an error message from my Celcom Desktop CPPRS Setup. It is telling me that it can't do the online registration. Can you help?

In order to fix the issues, I suggest you temporarily disable your security program and Windows Firewall. Also, the Celcom servers may be under maintenance or temporarily down. In this case you will need to wait. If none of these helped, contact the developer and ask for a new installation package.
