This error occurs frequently on the computers that are using a Gainward based Nvidia video card and it is caused by Gainward Expertool. In order to fix it, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select Gainward Expertool from the list and click Uninstall. If you can't remove it using Add or Remove Programs feature, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
