When I try to sync to my Outlook 2003 on my Windows XP Pro SP3 I get the following message: "You are not authorized for the selected operation or the username/password is incorrect". I can sync my calendar, but not the contacts. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you upgrade Sony Ericsson PC Suite to the latest version. After that, sync your contacts using the instructions from the user guide. In order to open it, you will need to press the F1 key or to select Help from the Help menu:
