Installing Synaptics Pointing Device Driver.

When I try to install this driver, instead of starting the downloading process, it takes me to Synaptics page which doesn't offer a link to download version 10.0. Can you help me?

Just download the latest version 14.0 and it will work absolutely fine with your hardware. I was using version 9.0.

If you need version 10.0 of the driver, you can download and install it directly from the official web page. Just click the second pink link (v10.1.8 - the updated version of version 10.0), save the file to your PC and install it following the on-screen instructions. You need to know that this version of the driver is compatible only with Windows 2000. If you're using a newer platform, I recommend you download and install the version 17.0.19 from the same page. If you have problems, contact the support team using info@synaptics.com email address.
