I always get 28 ERROR_CONNECT_SGRABBER same with No.2 and No.2 is "ERROR_NO_INPUT, but normally this error cannot happen. If this error occurs, please contact our company."
The software has been discontinued and besides that, there is no information about its error codes and possible diagnosis. In this case, all you can do is to reinstall the product and make sure to use the correct files in case you want to convert something. Additionally, install Combined Community Codec Pack to enhance compatibility with the conversion procedures.
