Does Motorola Phone Tools transfer pics from your cell to your PC?

I have the same question, but nobody here seems to be answering. I call Motorola and they said I would need a memory card in "addition" to the USB modem. In addition I asked. Why would I need the cable if I have the memory card. "I guess you wouldn't was the reply. I think she was confused. There should be a way to download using USB cable, but I am still searching.

Yes, Motorola Phone Tools can transfer multimedia files (photos, music, videos) between your phone and your PC, but you can do this operation only with a simple Motorola USB cable. Once your device is connected, you can access the Motorola drive from Computer/My Computer and transfer the files.

If your computer doesn't recognize the phone, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device using the cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically find and install the driver.
