I installed Special Dictionary ALYOSR in my computer but the translated language is not Arabic. How can I adjust?

The Special Dictionary ALYOSR works only with Arabic language. If the translated language is not Arabic, make sure you're using the ALYOSR software provided by Yosr Information Systems and then uninstall and reinstall the utility. If you still have issues, I suggest you check Software Informer database for an alternative solution.
