I can't play the game because I need to deactivate the virtual drive and emulation software. What can I do?

Make sure that you logged in as an Administrator, go to Start, type msconfig and open the utility. In the General tab, select Selective startup and uncheck the Load startup items box. Go to the Services option, check the Hide all Microsoft services feature and click Disable all. Press OK and restart your computer. After that, go again to System Configuration, check the Normal startup and press OK.
