Before installing the software, set up compatibility to a prior version of the Windows OS. Right click the file then set compatibility from Compatibility tab under Properties menu then run the application again.
If you have installed the application already the go to the folder where the application is installed and right click on the launcher and click on the troubleshoot compatibility option.
