In order to run the application in your Windows Vista computer, you can try the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP from the drop-down list. After that, you click Apply and OK, right-click on the executable file and select Run as Administrator. If it still doesn't work, the only solution is to upgrade the software.
