Media Diredt Compatibility with Commercial Blu-ray Movies

I just returned a new Dell Laptop with a Blu-ray player and media direct because it woud not play any commercial blu-ray movies. Kept getting an update needed message, but no update available. Is there a media direct version that plays all available blu-ray movies?

inititally there was a bug with bly ray play back now u will be able to update media direct and also play comercial discs.
