I need software for Crystal Eye camera.

I purchased an Acer notebook in January 2008. Seven weeks later the Crystal Eye Camera stopped working. I emailed Acer and they told me to download the drivers from their site. I did this but the camera still would not work. I emailed for more help and, wrote to their CEO but they have ignored these requests. I then found the Suyin site and downloaded the drivers from there. The camera worked for one day then stopped working again. Is there anywhere on the Suyin site where I can download the software for this camera? Acer refused to send a disc with this on.

There is no other driver associated with Acer webcam. The drivers on the official Support website work just fine. The mistake was most likely caused by the wrong version of the downloaded drivers. Visit Acer Support again and when you arrive at the downloads section, make sure that the right version of Windows is selected. This way the website will provide all the necessary downloads for your webcam.
