I have a problem with my Crystal Eye webcam who doesn't want to take photo with the original software installed on my Aspire 5520! The picture isn't good quality and we couldn't see anything Please help me!
You should re-install the driver and its components. Remove everything associated with the webcam using Add or Remove programs section from Control Panel then re-install the drivers. Visit Acer Support and select your device: Notebook > Aspire > Aspire 5520 then select the operating system installed in your computer. You will have the possibility to download all the necessary and updated drivers.
