Can't download the firmware.

I have firmware 2.2 from Alstom to CMM742 (ethernet cards), but I can't download it. Can somebody help me?

You will need to contact the Alstom to provide you the latest update for CMM742 which is 2.84 or 2.82. There are known problems with the firmware downloading regarding the 2.2 version. Many users complained about it that they weren't able to download the required firmware on the CMM742.
