My VisionTek modem doesn't support Windows 8. What is the solution?

VisionTek modems have support for the Windows 7 operating system that means you should set the installer of the software to Windows 7 in Compatibility Tab and then proceed to its installation. Since the installer is not configured to install the program automatically in this operating system, you will need to manually perform it.

Install the application, restart the computer and then plug in the device. Go to Device Manager (Right click Computer > Properties > Device manager) and select Update Driver. Choose the installation path to Program Files > VisionTek and your modem will install it. In this case, you can use it accordingly.
