My card is activated but I cannot perform phone calls.

I have a card with full payment and when I try to call someone it disconnects. I use Zmplus and iTel, my account is activated but any call gets disconnected.

Download the required PC Calling software then use the card to activate your account and place calls. If you use another service, the card might not be meant to be used with the service you're using.
