My driver application stopped working, what should I do?

When I tried to check for driver updates, my driver tool stopped working. This was in July 2013. What is my next move?

If the driver tool is using the Internet to retrieve results, then you need to check your Internet connection. In some cases, this is connected with a bug when a program crashes when it's unable to reach the update servers.

I recommend you uninstall the application and perform a fresh installation as it solves most of the problems.
