3CServer was a FTP/tFTP tool released by 3COM but since 3COM was acquired by HP, the official link is not working anymore. I am afraid that you cannot download this tool again. Try to use another application instead of the discontinued one. FileZilla is good as an alternative, but if you prefer something else - try Software's Informer database to find other software.
