Internet connection required to submit pictures.

I bought 2 CD's and when I try and submit pics it says must have Internet connection. I do have Internet on.

There may be various causes for this error:

1. The firewall is configured to deny the uploading of those pictures in case you're using a certain product. Go to Start > Run > wf.msc then add a new rule and allow the software to connect.

2. The server you want to use is actually out of order and uploading is not possible anymore. You might need to contact the administrator of that server to see exactly where the problem is.
