How to transfer iPad recordings to CD?

I have been recording on my IPad with an application called Quickvoice.

1. How do I transfer these recordings to a CD?
2. I used Audacity 3-4 years ago with a PC. Would like to be able to edit these iPad recordings. Any suggestions?
