I cannot open StreetSmart from my hotel. What should I do?

I use StreetSmart with my Schwab account without problem when I am at home. I will be living in a hotel for the next month. My internet connection works well for web and emails but I cannot open StreetSmart.
I always get the following messages in the window: "Connecting to main server".
Is it possible that the issue is related to the possibility that the hotel I am staying in is restricting the ports that I need to get StreetSmart access through firewall?
What can I do or ask of my hotel's manager?

You should contact the management of the hotel so that they open a port for you if, in fact, they have restricted access. I believe you will need to get in touch with the IT adminitrator.
