ADW launcher is an excellent choice because it runs on both Android 2.3.x and 4.x versions. It is highly customizable and has a great support from the developer. If you want to try out other launchers, here's a couple: Nova Launcher, Apex Launcher, SsLauncher or Launcher Pro. These are great launchers with unlimited customization options and theme support.
