I can't connect to WiFi after upgrading my phone.

Since my husband and I upgraded our phones we cannot connect to our WiFi. It is very frustrating and we would like to undo this upgrade if there is a way to do so. There are other problems we're experiencing due to this upgrade but the WiFi issue is the only one we commonly share. Is there anything we can do?

Please reconfigure the wifi router and change the channel from the WiFi settings page. This way you will reset the configuration and the phone will need to reinitiate the connection. If you can connect to other WiFi hotspots, then the phone needs to be reset by the factory service team.
