KIK videos on Kindle Fire playing errors.

I have a Kindle Fire and there is no way to watch videos I've received on KIK. Is there a way?

Kindle Fire supports only MP4 video files. If you have received a file which is totally different than MP4, it will not work at all. You can use an online service to convert the file to MP4 then transfer it to the device.
