I had installed Bluestacks for my laptop and I want to run WhatsApp, but I don't know how to start Bluestacks.

You can start Bluestacks from the Start > All Programs > BlueStacks> Start Bluestacks. You will need to wait for a while for the system to initialize then you can use the built-in search engines to install Whatsapp. You will need a phone number because you will receive a confirmation code.
