You should be able to convert the database with a standard conversion application but in order to get accurate results, you will need have support for Russian language (this can be installed by visiting Regional Settings in Control Panel). You should have the CD to install OS as the system will require some files from that CD. Then perform a reboot of the computer and then try software like DBF Converter which provides all the necessary features in order to successfully convert a database to another format. Upon loading the application, a wizard will guide to through all the necessary steps in order to convert the database.
