I purchased a copy of the Printshop Deluxe but I'm not able to print some of my older files.

Older versions of the application may encounter problems when it's about printing. In case you have bough an old version of the software I would like to recommend to upgrade as soon as you can to benefit of the advanced features and more support for your images files. Printshop Deluxe has been upgraded and its now available for purchasing.

Alternatively, please check the printer's ink level and cartridges. It may be possible that it cannot print due to a hardware problem.
